We are proud to announce our participation in the refurbishment of the iconic stadium of Sporting Clube de Portugal, as part of the modernization efforts ahead of the 2030 World Cup.

MetaloViana will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of the steel structures for several structural and accessibility improvements, including:

• Closing the moat and extending the lower tier (terrace overlay), with the aim of creating around 3,000 new seats offering better visibility and comfort.
• New Central VIP Stand with exclusive executive seating, increased row spacing, and integrated skyboxes.
• Construction of the new Lion Corner, an elevated lounge/bar with an independent steel structure built above the existing stands.
• Installation of steel access platforms to technical areas, including spaces for reduced mobility and evacuation routes.
• Improved vertical circulation with a new exterior panoramic lift, expanded interior lifts, and steel staircases connecting different floors.

MetaloViana is proud to be part of this nationally significant project, contributing to the transformation of José Alvalade Stadium into a modern and inclusive venue.
